If a system is needing refurbishment or repurposing, we apply an innovative approach to optimizing the system, which minimizes the required capital spend, resulting in lower transportation fees to customers.

Acquire & Refurbish

We excel at quickly and comprehensively conducting due diligence of 3rd party owned and operated pipeline systems, through all components of ownership and operations, including but not limited to: environmental and safety, pipeline integrity management, corrosion protection, regulatory compliance, system optimization, and commercial contracting. Through the acquisition process, if a system is needing refurbishment or repurposing, we apply an innovative approach to optimizing the system, which minimizes the required capital spend, resulting in lower transportation fees to customers. Throughout the process our focus is to meet our customers’ needs, in order to improve our customers’ operations.

Funding

We have the ability to fund the acquisition, and if refurbishment is required, the capital required for the refurbishment projects. Our financial experts work diligently and early in the acquisition assessment to pursue various funding options, including equity funding from our financial partner Macquarie. We leverage our industry expertise, project viability assessments, and strong relationships with financial institutions.
