Woodway Energy Announces New Pipeline Project in Goliad County, Texas

HOUSTON – December 16, 2024 – Woodway Energy Infrastructure LLC, a leading
developer, owner and operator of customized intrastate natural gas transmission
pipelines and infrastructure for demand-pull natural gas customers, today announced
that its subsidiary, Woodway Texas Coleto Connector LLC (“Woodway”), executed a
definitive precedent agreement with a power generation company in the ERCOT market
in Texas for the development and construction of new pipeline infrastructure. Subject to
conditions precedent, Woodway will develop, fund, construct, own and maintain
approximately 9.5 miles of 16” diameter pipeline and associated natural gas facilities in
Goliad County, Texas.

This new pipeline system is one of many bespoke projects Woodway Energy
Infrastructure is developing across the US to meet the growing supply needs of demand-
pull customers. In addition to power plants, Woodway Energy Infrastructure also
develops, owns and operates pipelines serving local distribution companies, industrial
and LNG facilities, providing customized, timely and cost-efficient delivery that allows
asset owners to get up and running quickly so they can focus on their core businesses.
